Every Sonoran Water Co install — softener, softener + RO, or the Full Home Package — is backed by this guarantee starting the day your system is installed and running.
We test your water's hardness before we install anything. Within 30 days of install, we test it again. If the after reading is lower than the before reading, the guarantee is met — your water is softer, the system is working as promised, and it stays installed. If it isn't lower, you get a full refund plus $500.
This guarantee is measured, not subjective. We're not asking whether your water feels different — we're comparing two numbers:
If the after reading is lower than the before reading, the water is softer, full stop. The guarantee is satisfied and the install is considered a success. This is true no matter how small the difference is, as long as the after number is measurably lower than the before number.
A completed before/after test showing a measurable improvement satisfies this guarantee permanently. Once that comparison is documented, the guarantee has been fulfilled — it doesn't reopen later because of price comparisons with another company, a change of mind, or anything else unrelated to whether the water tested softer.
This guarantee covers softening performance — whether your water measurably improves. It does not cover:
Wear items and mechanical parts are instead covered under our separate lifetime warranty on resin and standard manufacturer warranty on the control valve — ask your rep for details specific to your system.
